Hallmark Title, Inc. is a title insurance agency licensed in Virginia and Maryland that was founded in April of 1993. Since then the company has averaged more than 1,500 closings per year. We strive to conduct our operation in a manner which most effectively meets the unique needs of builders, purchasers, borrowers, and sellers.

Scott Mundt, President

Scott graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Business. He has been employed in the title insurance industry for over twenty years. Prior to opening Hallmark Title, Inc. in 1993, he was employed by Chicago Title Insurance Company as the Northern Virginia Area Manager. He is a member of Northern Virginia Builder’s Association and Vienna Chamber of Commerce.

Colleen Mulrenin , Vice President

Colleen graduated from the University of Maryland and the University of Maryland School of Law. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Maryland Bar Association. Prior to founding Hallmark Title, Inc. with Scott C. Mundt, she was employed as commercial counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company for five years with the responsibility of closing commercial transactions in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
